1. If you've forgotten your password, start by opening ChaikinAnalytics.com and clicking on "Forgot Password?"
2. In the box that appears, please enter your email address.
3. Once you've entered your email, click on the button labeled, "Send Password Reset Email."
4. In your email inbox, locate the email from Chaikin Analytics titled "Reset Password" and open it.
5. Once you've opened the email, find the line that reads, "To create a new password, please click here," and click on the provided link.
6. Next, you'll land on a page to set up your new password. Simply type your chosen password into the designated box labeled "New Password".
Remember, it needs to be at least 6 characters long and include both a number and a special character.
7. Confirm your password by typing it into the box below, ensuring it matches exactly with the one you entered above.
8. To proceed to the next page, simply click on Set Password.
9. Upon clicking "Set Password," you'll be directed to our website's landing page. Look for the blue "Log In" button located at the top right corner of the screen, then click on it to proceed.
10. Please enter your username, which is the email you used to purchase your subscription.
11. Now, enter the password you've just created.
12. Once you've entered your email and password, simply click on "Log In" to proceed. This should log you in to our website.
Congrats! You've set your new password.

1. If you're already logged in, begin by clicking on the "My Account" button.

From the dropdown menu, select the "Manage Membership" option
3. To proceed, click on "Edit Password" on this page. This will bring up a dropdown box where you can enter your new password.
4. Scroll down and input your current password into the designated box labeled "Current Password."
5. In the "New Password" box, type your desired password.
Remember, it should be at least 6 characters long and include both a number and a special character.

In the "Re-enter Password" field, retype your new password to ensure both passwords match accurately.
7. Once you've entered all the information correctly, simply click the "Submit" button.
8. If the password change is successful, you'll receive a green confirmation box at the top of the screen stating "Password Reset Success."
Congratulations, you have changed your password.
