What is the billing frequency for my Chaikin Analytics subscription?

Learn how Chaikin Analytics bills customers for their subscription service, and how often the customer can expect to be billed.

We offer three types of subscription plans to cater to your preferences:

  1. Premiere Memberships: These offer continuous access to our services with a small annual maintenance fee.
  2. Auto-Renewal: With this option, your subscription is automatically renewed on an annual basis, centered around the anniversary of your sign-up or service activation.
  3. Termed Subscriptions: Some subscriptions have a set expiration date.

 

Here's how to navigate your subscription details:

Log in to the Chaikin Analytics website, then click the 'My Account' dropdown in the upper right-hand corner.


 

Select 'Manage Subscriptions' from the dropdown menu.


 

A new window will open displaying your account information. To view billing information and payment details click on ‘My Subscriptions’ from the left hand menu. 



 
Explore further or make changes by clicking the 'Manage' button next to each service for options like modifying auto-renewal settings or cancellation.
